On the 28th of December, Outpost Ghent will organise an X-Wing Life Day Tournament.
Entry fee: 15 euro
Tournament structure: 3 rounds Swiss at a Relaxed level rule enforcement as determined by FGG's tournament regulations.
Prize distribution:
6 players or more: 1st place wins a cat. 2 ship or lower; all others recieve a cat. 1ship, choosing from the OPG stock in order their final tournament rank.
10 players or more: 1st & 2nd place each win a ship of cat. 2 or lower; all others take home a ship of cat. 1, choosing from the OPG stock in order of their ranks.
14 players or more: 1st to 3rd place get a cat. 2 ship; all others choose a ship from cat. 1 in ranking order.
18 players or more: 1st player may take home a ship of cat. 3 or lower; 2nd and 3rd place win a cat. 2 ship or lower; all others win a ship of cat. 1, choosing in the order of their final ranking.

Cat. 1: Basic small based ships, including the X-Wing, TIE Fighter, Z-95 Headhunter and many others, as well as Sabine's TIE Fighter, TIE Striker, Quadjumper, Special Forces TIE and Protectorate starfighter from recent expansion waves.
Cat. 2: Small based ships using larger models, including the K-Wing, TIE Punisher, StarViper, Mist Hunter, and the ARC-170 from wave IX.
Cat. 3: Basic large based ships, as well as most aces packs. This tier includes Imperial and Rebel Aces, Imperial Veterans, the Milennium Falcon, Slave I, Lambda-class shuttle, YT-2400, IG-2000, Punishing One, and the U-Wing from the most recent expansion wave.
Cat. 4: Large based ships using larger models, as well as some of the larger aces packs. This tier also includes both core sets. In this tier the options are the X-Wing core set, Force Awakens core set, Heroes of the Resistance, Most Wanted, VT-49 Decimator, Hound's Tooth, and the Shadow Caster and Upsilon-class shuttle packs from recent expansions.
Cat. 5: A pricier class singularly reserved for the exceptionally bulky Ghost expansion.
