Rules for the evening:

MOST IMPORTANT RULE: The use of SEC and SR cards is restricted: only one copy of each SEC or SR card is allowed in the deck (instead of four copies).
LEADER BANS:

- They have an overpowered ability
    OR

- Their decks primarily consist of C, UC, or R cards, meaning they are not significantly affected by the SEC and SR restrictions.
