Start your engines, get in your cockpit, bring your droid if you have one, because the X-Wing Belgian Nationals are about to begin!
The X-Wing Belgian Nationals are a massive 2-day event to determine our national champion who; apart from a full-color trophy, wins a bye and reserved seat at the 2018 Championship!
Don't for one moment think that achieving this coveted prize (or any of the other rewards) will be easy however! Due to a massive influx of brave pilots and/or scoundrels we have decided to increase our previous 100-person event to an even larger 180-person event!
Even so, seats at the event are selling out fast to reserve a spot at the nationals and be sure of your participation please deposit the 20 Euro entrance fee to the bank account below. Make sure to mention your 'X-WING NATIONALS & YOUR NAME'.
Players in dire need of either new ships or upgrades can make orders by mailing 'mark.dictus@outpost.be';. He will make sure that your purchases are waiting for you at the event. (However do make these orders as soon as possible to avoid last-minute hassles!)
The event will run for 2 days, with the first day of the event NOT TAKING PLACE IN OUTPOST GHENT! Instead it will be held in a local school at the following address and time:
The second day of the event will be held in Outpost Ghent as usual at the same times as the first day.
As discussed the winner of the championship will be crowned national champion with all the perks and rewards. However this is what everyone else can expect:
- Top 4 receives a full set of acrylic maneuver templates.
- Top 8 receives a TIE fighter squadron to fly in style: 5 plastic spot-glossed Black squadron pilot cards.
- Top 16 receives a set of acrylic target lock tokens, Millennium falcon style.
- Top 64 receives an alternate art Howlrunner pilot card.
