Fantasy Flight Regional Championships !

Outpost is proud to announce that its Antwerp venue has been chosen to host the Benelux Regional Championship for A Game of Thrones LCG, Warhammer Invasion and Dust Tactics. These Fantasy Flight Regionals will take place on the 19th and 20th of May.

For those of you not already familiar with the Fantasy Flight games involved in these Regional Championships, here comes a quick roundup :

A Game of Thrones LCG: In this living card game, players take control of one of four major houses of Westeros, and they zealously compete for power (the first player that earns 15 “power tokens” is declared the winner). Each house’s deck has different strengths and weakness based on the themes, characters, and locations of George R.R. Martin’s epic series.

Dust Tactics: A tactical miniatures board game of ruthless engagements in which 2-4 players wage war against each other with the forces of rival factions belonging to one of the world’s superpowers. The Allies and the Axis control the majority of the world and are constantly battling for valuable and rare deposits of VK.

Warhammer Invasion TCG: Set in Games Workshop's Warhammer Fantasy Battle universe, Warhammer: Invasion The Card Game, designed by award-winning designer Eric M. Lang, is a battle in which two players muster their forces, collect vast resources, venture out on perilous – but rewarding – quests, build and develop their kingdom, and lead massive sieges against heavily fortified foes. Every race features its own flavour and proficiencies.

Over the next or month or so we will also be posting editorials on all three games, featuring the more important tournament ins and outs.

On saturday 19th of May, we will be organizing both the A Game of Thrones LCG Regional Championship as the Dust Tactics Regional Championship. On sunday 20th of May, we will be holding the Warhammer Invasion tournament.

All regional champions will go home with their personal Regional Champion 2012 trophies. On top of this prestigious addition to your trophy shelf, the prize pool will also contain uncut sheets, playmats, art prints, special card editions and much much more.
